BuscaPro ("we", "our", or "the Platform") provides an on-demand marketplace connecting individuals requiring maintenance and construction services with autonomous tradespeople and licensed service providers.
We respect user privacy and are fully committed to protecting personal data in strict compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU 2016/679) and the Apple App Store Review Guidelines (specifically Guideline 5.1.1 on Data Collection and Storage).

We adhere to the principle of data minimization. We collect only data strictly required to facilitate verified contact between clients and professionals:

Zero Sale of Personal Data: BuscaPro never sells, rents, monetizes, or shares user data or phone numbers with third-party advertising networks, data aggregators, or unauthorized parties.
3. Account & Data Deletion (Apple Guideline 5.1.1(v))
In accordance with Apple App Store Review Guideline 5.1.1(v), any registered user can easily initiate permanent and irreversible deletion of their account and all associated data directly from within the mobile app:

4. Data Security, Retention & User Rights
Security Standards: All databases, authentications, and file storage are hosted on Google Cloud Firebase infrastructure, protected by industry-standard AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit.
Data Retention: We retain personal information only for as long as your account remains active. When an account is deleted, chat histories, active requests, and profile metadata are irreversibly purged.
